Job Summary
Lead a diverse team of frontline associates in an active distribution center, driving daily operations with precision from staffing to workflow optimization. Champion a safety-first mindset by ensuring protocols are followed and lived, while monitoring key metrics to turn insights into actionable performance improvements. Maintain open communication between leadership and the floor to foster transparency and alignment. This role supports production and distribution needs with Monday-Thursday shifts from 5:00am to 3:30pm, offering a competitive salary of $23.00-$26.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years in a leadership role within operations, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong planning, organizational, and team development skills
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future
