Job Summary
Pull and organize branch and customer orders by part number and quantity using pick tickets, then accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment. Manually load and unload materials onto pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices while stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations. Weigh materials, record weights and production information on tags, and inspect inventory for damage or defects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning equipment, tools, and storage areas, and follow all company safety policies. Work the 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Ability to accurately read and follow pick tickets and warehouse documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 90 lbs on a consistent basis
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout 8–12 hour shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Steel-toed boots
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
