Job Summary
The Site Manager for the 1st Shift Direct Care role is responsible for overseeing daily operations at their site, ensuring high service delivery standards for individuals receiving support. Key duties include respectful communication with participants, assisting with personal care, facilitating community resource access, and completing required documentation. Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle, be able to provide personal care, and have flexibility in scheduling. Preferred qualifications include relevant experience with brain injury or mental health challenges, alongside a willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Sufficient insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness and ability to obtain certifications in medication administration (MAP), CPR, and first aid
- Minimum age of 18
- Six months of relevant experience preferred
