Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery including CNC lathes, mills, and grind operations. Design and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all production and facilities equipment while performing regular inspections and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems. Fabricate, replace, or adapt parts as needed and follow all safety procedures in a fast-paced machine shop environment. Requires 3-5 years diagnosing machine tools, ability to read blueprints, and experience with Fanuc controls or robots. Must work occasional overtime and lift 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years diagnosing and repairing machine tools (CNC Lathes and Mills) or equivalent experience
- Able to read engineering drawings, blueprints and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Must possess a high level of mechanical ability and aptitude
- Must be able to work occasional overtime
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and work with others
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work well under deadlines
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Fanuc controls a plus
- Experience with Robots / Cobots a plus
