Job Summary
1st Shift Care Staff needed for an assisted living community in Raleigh, NC. Provide direct support to residents with personal care needs, monitor self-administration of medication, assist with hygiene, obtain and record vital signs, maintain resident safety, complete incident reports, assist with meal services, and observe residents for changes in condition. Requires compassion, reliability, effective communication with residents and families, adaptability to individual resident needs, and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Caregiver experience strongly preferred
- 18 years or older with a demonstrated maturity
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families
- Ability to adapt to each resident and setting
- Reliable, responsive and attentive
- Must be available to work weekends
