Job Summary
Care Staff in an assisted living community assist residents with personal care needs, monitor self-administration of medication, safeguard resident hygiene, record vital signs, complete incident reports, assist with meal services, and observe for changes in residents' conditions. The role emphasizes a safety-first attitude, compassionate interaction with seniors, effective communication with residents and families, adaptability to individual resident needs, and dependable weekend availability. Prior caregiver experience is strongly preferred.
