Job Summary
Work under the direction of the department lead or supervisor to assist with daily operations in a fabrication shop environment. Follow instructions during the operation process and use various tools to assemble products or parts to meet specifications. Continually maintain a clean working environment while ensuring high-quality standards are constant. May perform other duties as assigned. This role is entry-level and requires the ability to read measuring devices and operate high-power tools. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100lbs, stand for prolonged periods, and tolerate shop elements like noise and dust. Demonstrated punctuality and a service-oriented disposition are essential for contributing to a quality-centered, fast-paced culture that supports the company's national growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and understand measuring devices, i.e. a tape measure
- Experience with high power tools (i.e. impacts, wrenches, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.
- Position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping.
- Must be able to exude high energy, solution-based thinking, while focusing great attention to detail and maintaining a service-oriented disposition.
- Ability to provide exemplary and consistent customer satisfaction, with a strong capacity for building relationships.
- Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred.
