Job Summary
Measure and mix ingredients, roll dough, shape products, and bake according to precise recipes and strict timing. Coach staff, ensure adherence to GMP and HACCP food safety procedures, and optimize operational efficiencies while maintaining high-quality standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues with maintenance teams and verify daily orders are filled accurately. Build team leaders to ensure seamless operations during absences and assist other departments as needed. Work the 1st shift with prior notification, lifting 50 pounds and standing for extended periods in an environment ranging from 50 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years in supervisory role
- Strong Math skills, including but not limited to the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide without the aid of a calculator
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to speak Spanish desired, but not required
- Ability to lead staff members in a collaborative and encouraging manner
- Ability to obtain information and take a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work 1st or 3rd Shift with prior notification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively throughout shift
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and bending for the duration of an entire shift
- Ability to complete repetitive motions throughout designated shift
- Ability to Stand or Walk for extended periods of time throughout shift
- Incumbent must be able to work in an environment with changing temperatures from 50 degrees Fahrenheit to 95 degrees Fahrenheit
- Incumbent may be exposed to cleaning chemicals, loud equipment and machines, and other environmental hazards associated with a production or warehouse facility
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service and/or Manufacturing environment strongly desired
