1st Sanitation Technician- Food Manufacturing

Sanitation Technician in a food-manufacturing facility responsible for maintaining the plant, machinery, and surroundings per SQF and food-safety procedures. Tasks include performing FDA- and SQF‐monitored sanitation duties according to the Master Sanitation Schedule, completing daily and weekly cleaning, assisting with wastewater management, maintaining cleaning materials inventory, recording sanitation tasks, and performing basic maintenance like changing light bulbs and moving equipment. Must follow OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations, wear PPE, and adhere to quality and safety procedures. Strong emphasis on punctuality, independence or teamwork, English-language instruction comprehension, sound judgment, and problem-solving within standardized processes. Schedule includes weekday hours with weekend work as needed.
