Job Summary
Perform audits and follow up with process owners to improve findings on Quality issues while completing work with accuracy and efficiency. Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, ensuring production workers understand and follow written or verbal instructions. Engage in repetitive motions involving prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs during 1st shift coverage that includes overtime and weekends. Requires knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes, metric and English systems, and experience with paint, shipping, and receiving.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Must have paint experience
- Must have shipping / receiving experience
- Ability to read/write and speak English
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Must be able to understand Metric / English system
- Must be able to understand Cabinet manufacturing process
- Must be able to understand Cabinet's components manufacturing process
- Overtime is required, including some weekends
- May be required to work a flexible schedule
- Knowledge of safe work practices
Desired Qualifications
- One year of production experience or similar in an assembly, carpentry or detail-oriented environment is preferred
- One to Two years of work experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred
