Job Summary
Provide initial Check-Test-Start for various HVAC products and service commercial and industrial equipment at customer locations. Diagnose and repair systems using hand tools and blueprints, documenting all work and maintaining files. Represent the company as a direct customer contact while providing troubleshooting training and technical support. Secure additional work through proactive recommendations based on equipment status. Drive a company vehicle to job sites with regular travel requirements including some overnight trips. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
- demonstrate punctuality and attendance on a consistent basis
- maintain an acceptable driving record
- adhere to all pertinent ThermalNetics policies, including drug and alcohol screening requirements and harassment policies
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary
- Drives a company vehicle to job sites
- Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel
