Job Summary
Assist the Captain in managing and operating the vessel, overseeing navigation, steering, and cargo operations while ensuring passenger and crew safety. Maintain navigational charts and equipment, monitor weather conditions to adjust course, and conduct regular safety drills. Supervise and train other crew members, handle emergency situations, and ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of all activities and incidents on board. Valid STCW certification, Merchant Mariner Credential, and minimum 24 months of experience as a 1st Officer on a cruise ship or private yacht required.

- Valid STCW certification
- Valid Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC)
- Proficiency in navigation and ship handling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic mechanical and technical knowledge
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
