1st Line Support Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join Wavenet’s Service Desk. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical IT support across a broad range of technologies (VoIP and WiFi, Cisco firewalls, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, in-house products) and performing remote network troubleshooting. The role offers hands-on experience across networking, servers, firewall configuration, data handling, cloud services, and online security, with opportunities to learn and grow within a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll support approximately 3,000 UK schools, work in a full-time, office-based environment in Sevenoaks, England, and contribute to a growing cybersecurity-enabled services portfolio while developing your technical capability and professional progression.
