1st IT Support Technician

Provide first-line IT support for desktop and laptop users in Limassol and remote staff, handling incidents and service requests via email, phone, and ticketing systems. Set up new starters’ workstations and user accounts, assist with basic server operations, install and maintain software and security agents, perform routine hardware tasks and network patching, manage user access (password resets, lockouts), document assets and SOPs, support small IT projects and office moves, and promote IT hygiene and security awareness. English fluency required; Greek is advantageous in the Cyprus office context. Eligibility to work in Cyprus. Preferred experience includes exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory, ITIL concepts, and IT certifications.
