Job Summary
Limited Term Teacher for Extended School Year (ESY) at Riverdale Grade School. July 20, 2026 – August 14, 2026, Monday–Thursday 9:00–11:00 with an additional hour daily for prep. Responsible for promoting learning in science education, delivering standards-aligned instruction, planning curriculum to meet diverse student needs (including TAG, special education, ESL), assessing progress, maintaining records, and collaborating with district specialists. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), TSPC license with appropriate endorsement, strong communication skills, valid driver’s license, and adherence to district policies. Salary range $33.96-$71.32 per hour under the 2026-27 salary schedule; exempt status; terms of employment negotiated every three years.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (transcripts required)
- Oregon Teachers Standards & Practices Commission (TSPC) License required with appropriate endorsement
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet state and district standards
- Ability to plan and implement a program of study
- Experience preferred but not required
