1st Class Marine Electricians

Installation, repair, and hook-up of shipboard electrical systems on a ship, with knowledge of electrical theory and ability to troubleshoot and repair 600 V and lesser systems in accordance with specifications and drawings. Must be familiar with safety procedures, implement Lock-out Tag-out for work performed, and participate in basic electrical shipbuilding written and hands-on tests.
