Job Summary
Oversee total store operations including licensed programs and business units, assisting with hiring, discipline, and terminating personnel while ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly routines are completed accurately. Supervise 4 to 16 employees, manage labor budgets and exceptions, and enforce food safety protocols and storage standards. Maintain cash control, execute cleanliness and in-stock conditions, and support effective scheduling practices. Address personnel, customer, and facility concerns promptly while representing the F.I.R.S.E. engagement model. Requires valid Food Handler's permit or ServSafe certification, ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and three second shifts per week, plus reliable transportation and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum on one to three years' experience as an Assistant Manager
- Minimum of six months as Sales Associate
- Valid Food Handler's permit or ServSafe Certification
- Knowledge of operations and maintenance of equipment within the assigned stores
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and company-observed holidays
- Ability to work a minimum of three second shifts per week opposite the General Manager
- Reliable transportation
- Telephone access
- Ability to communicate in English
- Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service
- Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Physical attendance at the primary work location

- Equivalent combination of education and experience
