1st Assistant Golf Professional

Support the Director of Golf in the launch and daily management of golf operations, with responsibility across the golf shop, tee sheet, practice facilities, Golf Academy, tournaments, instruction, player development, merchandising, and guest experience. Manage the 18-hole regulation-length golf course, the 30-bay state-of-the-art practice range with Trackman technology, and the dedicated putting course while overseeing the newly opened Oakwood Grill and Pavilion Bar. Drive player development initiatives and ensure a seamless guest experience for families and players of all skill levels at this non-profit dedicated to expanding access to golf in Southwest Florida.
