Job Summary
Provide hands-on care, administer simple prescribed medications, and monitor vital signs in patient residences. Perform domestic tasks, assist with mobility and physical therapies, and accompany clients to medical appointments. Maintain care records, instruct families on diet and exercise, and offer companionship and emotional support. Shift work available with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Work in a team responsibly and independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service area
- Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
