Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) needed for 12-hour home care shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am) in Coopersville, MI, caring for a single vent-dependent patient on a 1-on-1 basis. Provide personal care services in a low-stress, home-care setting with 1:1 patient conversations and connections. Travel within the service area required. Responsibilities include delivering patient-focused care and communicating effectively; must hold a MI Nursing License and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license; able to pass drug screen and background check.
