Job Summary
Apply powder coating to products using a spraying apparatus while wearing protective equipment to meet specifications. Maintain a clean working environment and clean and maintain powder guns. Hit necessary mil ranges per customer spec and work under the direction of the department Lead. Lift up to 100lbs, stand for prolonged periods, and follow all safety procedures in a fabrication shop environment. Ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction to support the company's national growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.
- Position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of powder coating or qualifying experience preferred.
- Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.
