Job Summary
1st & 2nd Shift Groundsperson at Silver Hill Quarry in Narvon, PA. Responsibilities include performing plant maintenance, operating safely under MSHA policies, maintaining clean work areas, learning plant functions, cross-training to cover multiple roles, and working in a team with other site personnel. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, teamwork, and readiness to learn and substitute for other plant tasks as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or related experience and/or training
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting) as relevant to job
- MSHA or other relevant safety certification (preferred)
- Experience operating heavy equipment (preferred)
- Experience working in a quarry or outdoor industrial setting (preferred)
