Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy-duty diesel trucks and rolling stock using diagnostic software and hand tools. Plan and schedule repairs via the M5 planner, procure parts, and maintain an organized work area. Assist in training and orienting new team members to share knowledge and help the crew grow. This role requires at least one year of hands-on diesel mechanic experience, computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds in a loud environment. Candidates must adhere to strict safety regulations and possess valid work authorization. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid in monthly installments over the first year.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic
- Computer literacy
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds
- Strong commitment to safety regulations and compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
- Valid documentation confirming eligibility to work in the country where the job is located
