Job Summary

Diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy-duty diesel trucks and rolling stock using diagnostic software, hand tools, and hydraulic equipment. Plan and schedule repairs via the M5 planner, procure parts, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist in training new team members while adhering to strict safety regulations and federal compliance standards. Requires at least one year of hands-on diesel mechanic experience, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in monthly installments.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds
  • Possession, provision, and maintenance of essential tools needed to perform heavy/hydraulic equipment maintenance
  • Strong commitment to safety regulations
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
