Job Summary
Full-time Hematology/Oncology physician position in Harmony, PA, joining 1 oncologist and 7 APPs with strong clinical support from onsite RN supervisor and oncology-certified RNs. Practice features include a four-day work week (no weekends), a well-established regional cancer center offering immunotherapy, chemotherapy, solid tumors, and hematologic malignancies, and a family-like culture. Compensation includes MGMA-based base salary with RVU productivity bonus, $100K sign-on, $75K student loan repayment, $15K relocation assistance, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k)), and a CME allowance with 40 CME hours annually.
