Job Summary
Manage the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program for specific business units, ensuring adherence to framework requirements and committed deadlines. Coordinate with stakeholders across the First and Second Lines of Defense to facilitate workshops, document risks and controls in the system of record, and escalate project-related matters. Challenge assessments to ensure integrity while managing issues to guarantee timely resolution. Contribute to overall project timelines through effective project management and proactively identify areas for program improvement. This role supports Asset Servicing, Asset Management, COO, and Corporate functions within Northern Trust's Bangalore office.
Required Qualifications
- financial services experience
- Experience in Risk/Control/Audit
- 24 months as Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant
- Experience of using Microsoft 365 Packages, (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI) and SharePoint
