Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as part of a clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and engage with families; collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Roles start part-time with paid training; ideal for those new to ABA seeking an entry point in psychology/education, with potential for advancement. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, patience and calm demeanor, reliable transportation, and completion of the 40-hour RBT course; minimum 6-month commitment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
