Job Summary
Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive attitude. Work with teammates to prepare menu items while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements. Operate kitchen machinery such as fryers and warmers. Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping floors, and sanitizing utensils and high-touch areas. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems per policy. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years old
- Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and stoop, and lift 50 – 75 lbs. comfortably
- Be able to work in close quarters and around heat
- A positive attitude while conducting all duties
- Have a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Effective communicator with Teammates and the Restaurant Management Team
