Job Summary
Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive attitude. Work with teammates to prepare menu items while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements. Use kitchen machinery such as fryers and warmers. Ensure daily cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping floors, sanitizing utensils, and servicing restrooms. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to policy. Be at least 16 years old, flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to stand, bend, and lift 50–75 lbs. in close quarters around heat.
Required Qualifications
