Job Summary
Join Thrive USA Home Care as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to assist clients with daily activities in a flexible work environment. This role requires a valid driver's license, CPR and First Aid certification, and passing a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- Pass a background check
- Current CPR and First Aid required
- TB /PPD test required
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time
- Ability to travel within our service areas
- Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phone
- Must be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portal
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must have HHA/CNA or be willing to enroll in HHA course
