Job Summary
Lead your team to deliver excellent administrative support and customer service to service users, mediators, judiciary and management. You will prioritise and organise work, ensure your team is fully skilled to meet objectives, monitor performance areas and trends, conduct ongoing reviews, and recommend improvements. You’ll contribute to operational, performance and service standard targets, provide statistical data for management, mediators and judiciary, and support the rollout of new initiatives and legislation. The role offers non-contractual hybrid working with a requirement to spend a minimum portion in the office, and is based within the UK Civil Service under HM Courts & Tribunals Service. Key skills include motivating and supporting teams, customer-focused administration, IT literacy, strong communication, organisational and prioritisation abilities, and adaptability to different technologies.
