Job Summary
The Full-Time Front End Associate provides exceptional service at checkout, greeting guests with a smile, operating registers, and ensuring accurate pricing. Essential duties include maintaining cleanliness, managing cash transactions, assisting guests, and efficiently handling inventory and merchandise. Candidates should possess a high school diploma (or GED equivalent), with sales and customer service skills preferred. Must commit to providing a friendly and responsible customer experience, work well in a team, and adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos
- Valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Cashiering experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality
Additional Requirements
- Must be over the age of 21 to work at Spec's
- Attendance and timeliness are required
