This part-time Retail position includes supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store objectives and supervising non-management team members. Responsibilities include managing bank deposits, responding to after-hours calls, training team members, ensuring guest service standards, communicating performance expectations, and performing any operational duties as needed. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, time management, a strong work ethic, and physical stamina to lift weights up to 100 pounds. Preferred qualifications include retail management experience and being bilingual.
