Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of client relationships by conducting regular meetings to review goals, financial information, and investments. Assess client risk tolerance and return goals to construct, rebalance, and modify investment portfolios based on changing circumstances and market conditions. Provide advice through financial planning by collaborating with the dedicated team to deliver comprehensive strategies and introducing clients to in-house insurance experts. Prospect and develop new wealth business by fostering relationships with internal partners and expanding wallet share with existing clients. Maintain subject matter expertise by researching economic and financial conditions to consult clients appropriately throughout the business cycle.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ plus years' experience in wealth management developing business with high net worth individuals and families
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must possess excellent sales and closing skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop a robust sales pipeline
- Thorough knowledge of specific target market
- Established network of COIs (centers of influence) and sources for referrals
- Working knowledge of investment markets, products and services and the ability to implement investment strategies to meet client needs and goals
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CFP, CFA or JD preferred
- CFP, MBA, or professional designation(s) preferred
