Job Summary
Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive attitude. Prepare items on the DHC menu while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements. Use kitchen machinery such as fryers and warmers. Ensure daily cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping floors, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to policy. Work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 75 lbs. Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years old
- Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and stoop, and lift 50 – 75 lbs. comfortably
- Be able to work in close quarters and around heat
- A positive attitude while conducting all duties
- Have a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Effective communicator with Teammates and the Restaurant Management Team
