Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services within a multi-tenant architecture using TypeScript and serverless patterns. Optimize PostgreSQL databases, manage migrations, and enforce Row-Level Security policies. Build integrations with third-party services, authentication systems, and business partners while ensuring strict PII protection. Lead infrastructure migrations, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring across development and production environments. Support Machine Learning model integration and versioning. This role requires full ownership of the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment validation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in backend development using TypeScript
- Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including: Schema design, Query optimization, Database migrations, Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining serverless architectures
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon SQS, AWS IAM
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of application security best practices and the protection of sensitive data
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Experience deploying applications safely and reliably to production environments
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams
