Job Summary
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and delivering outstanding sales experiences. Maintain personal and productivity goals while connecting with every customer through open-ended questions to assess needs. Share expertise of products and trends to fit customer requirements, maintaining awareness through ongoing product knowledge training. Assist with brand awareness by supporting store management with social media initiatives. This role requires 0-3 years of retail experience, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and is an hourly position at Running Room.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of retail experience
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
- Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
