Job Summary
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms. Restock amenities, document room status, and log completed rooms while notifying supervisors of maintenance needs. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, follow all safety and sanitation protocols, and report damaged equipment. Greet guests courteously when encountered and support general housekeeping duties, laundry tasks, and public area upkeep. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Non-Support License
- Must demonstrate professionalism
- Must demonstrate reliability
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Must be able to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Must follow proper handling instructions for chemicals and cleaning tools
- Must follow all company policies related to safety, sanitation, and guest privacy
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in housekeeping
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
