Job Summary
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules by thoroughly examining doors, windows, and gates for proper function. Warn violators of premise rules and address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts. Report any facility issues and request emergency personnel for high-risk situations. Interact professionally with multiple customers entering and exiting the facility while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. This part-time role offers Wed-Fri 10PM-6AM or Sat-Sun shifts with competitive hourly pay, free uniforms, and access to medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation
- Must be available for Wednesday-Friday 10PM-6AM
- Must be available for Sat and Sun 2PM-10PM and 3rd shift 10PM-6AM
