Job Summary
Store Deli Manager assists the store manager in supervisory decisions, planning, leadership, organization, and follow-up with controllable expenses, sales, food costs, and inventory. Oversees deli operations, sanitation, and food preparation; conducts new employee orientation and training; evaluates performance; maintains inventories; checks in vendors; promotes customer service and teamwork; and ensures adherence to Town Pump standards and safety procedures. Requires ServSafe certification (if not waived) and a valid driver's license; Town Pump offers comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
