Job Summary
Lead and develop the Cash Supply Chain team to ensure efficient cash operations and adherence to policies. Manage the Cash Centre in the absence of the Cash Centre Manager, oversee cash transactions and integration of data with the National Cash Management System, and supervise the processing and destruction of banknotes to maintain quality standards. Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders to ensure availability of acceptable-quality banknotes, provide management information to support decision-making, enforce SLAs with bulk cash users, and act as custodian of the business continuity plan in the Cash Centre Manager's absence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or related field
- Experience in cash operations or financial services preferred
