Customer Services Manager for BSTD responsible for acting as the primary liaison between service delivery and the business to ensure IT services meet requirements and end-user expectations, documenting IT service standards, monitoring daily BSTD operations, guiding ICT budget/demand planning, managing stakeholder relationships, delivering fit-for-purpose solutions, and driving ICT projects in partnership with the PMO while staying informed on ICT trends and BSTD service catalogue.
