Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of professional experience
• OR Master’s Degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience
• OR PhD in Engineering with relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM; Teamcenter experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical technical drawings.
• Experience with Mechanical CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CREO, or ProE.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with laboratory or industrial equipment.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and inter-departmental teams.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques and basic data analysis.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device industry, including FDA regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, CFR 820, and related governance documents.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean Champion).
• Ability to read electronic schematics in addition to mechanical drawings.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting component, sub-assembly, or finished device failures.
