Job Summary
Deliver legendary customer service by connecting with guests, discovering their needs, and providing quality beverages and food products while maintaining a clean, comfortable store environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health department standards, and weights and measures requirements. Act with integrity, maintain a calm presence during high volume, and follow operational policies for cash handling and security. Anticipate store needs, keep workspaces organized, and assist with new member training through respectful coaching and reinforcement of accomplishments. This role supports Bashas' and Starbucks' mission to nourish the community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Must be able to safely work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Must be able to anticipate customer and store needs
- Must be able to follow Bashas' operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Must be able to recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
- Must be able to assist with new member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed

- You may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available
