Job Summary
Direct front-end operations by engaging customers with greetings, operating cash registers, and managing the customer service counter. Lead the team by coaching, evaluating performance, and training new members while enforcing store rules, health department policies, and safety guidelines. Oversee merchandising across grocery, dairy, liquor, and non-food departments to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and keyboarding in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years of age (21 for alcohol service).
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Your current leader must recommend that you apply for this position and provide an endorsement upon request from HR
