Job Summary
Senior IAM Engineer to design, develop, and support secure Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise applications. Build and maintain authentication and authorization integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SSO. Develop scalable microservices and enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver secure software, integrate with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar, and develop RESTful APIs, messaging integrations, and event-driven components. Support CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployments; troubleshoot distributed systems; participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support; analyze requirements to propose scalable, secure enterprise solutions; contribute to engineering best practices and technical documentation; mentor junior developers and elevate technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering or enterprise application development
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations
- Experience with Apache Kafka or messaging technologies
- 4+ years with Git and Maven
- 3+ years of hands-on IAM technologies and integrations
- Strong experience with IAM and SSO platforms
- SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Experience with Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar IAM solutions
- Cloud & DevOps experience including CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor others
- Bachelor’s degree
