160 - PREVENTATIVE MAINT TECH

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment including machinery, HVAC systems, and electrical systems; develop maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations and operational needs; diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using a systematic approach; conduct tests and measurements to evaluate equipment performance and identify areas for improvement; maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including service logs and inventory management using CMMS; collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production; ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, implementing best practices to maintain a safe work environment; assist other technicians with maintenance activities as directed; identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance practices.
