Job Summary
Provide guest service as part of the F&B team in In Room Dining (IRD) and occasional Club Lounge, delivering an excellent beverage and dining experience to guests with speed, hygiene, and professionalism. Build relationships with regular hotel guests, liaise with the floor team and kitchen, stay current with beverage trends, and maintain a clean and welcoming bar area. Role requires English communication, experience in luxury hospitality, and the ability to memorize regular guests; shifts include evenings and weekends in a 16-hour-per-week part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Food & Beverage Service Experience required
- Previous experience in a client facing role within a luxury five star environment a distinct advantage
- Requires good communication skills, and excellent written and spoken English
- Must have the ability to operate in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the up most professionalism
- Must be able to memorize our regular Guests on sight
