Job Summary
Commercial Teammate (MSO Reactive) operates as the primary contact for merchants via phone, chat, and email to resolve day-to-day issues, coach merchants on policies, review defects and policy-related items, collaborate with account managers and internal partners, and drive timely, high-quality resolutions while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring sellers’ growth and compliance. Responsibilities include handling reactive issues via email/chat, performing outreach, completing tasks efficiently, guiding sellers to avoid policy pitfalls, sharing learnings in team huddles, and contributing to process improvements. Required skills include strong problem solving, MS Office (Excel/PPT), multi-tasking, teamwork, time management, and excellent communication; 3+ years in customer service/ecommerce is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in customer service/ecommerce
- Proficient in MS Office (PPT and Excel)
- Strong probing and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes
- Excellent time management and communication/interpersonal skills
