Two BPA assistants needed to support a 16-year-old boy with cerebral palsy and epilepsy in the Askim area. The role involves after-school and weekend shifts, approximately 5 hours per week, helping with personal care and hygiene, meals and hydration, assisting with communication (sign language, pictures, sounds), and driving to activities in the family car. You will participate in activities such as terapiridning, tilrettelagt håndball, cinema, train trips, and other outings, and help the teen engage in social and recreational activities. The candidate should be kind, active, patient, and eager to get to know the boy and contribute to enriching days. Training and relevant courses are provided; the position offers meaningful work, with pay according to tariff, and opportunities for practical and theoretical training.
